On my last trip to Sally Beauty, I found a display of Palladio makeup. Palladio has a full line of color cosmetics that are enriched with vitamins and minerals. Palladio Herbal Tinted Lip Balm contains moisturizers and UV filters to provide long lasting color and protect your lips.
