I drink Silk Organic Unsweetend Soymilk every day. The reason why I love it so much is that it has no added sugar. Each 8 oz serving contains 7 grams of protein, only 1 gram of sugar, and 30% RDA for Calcium and Vitamin D. It is 100% lactose and dairy free, and contains heart healthy ALA omega-3. I like to put this in the blender with fruit and protein powder for a post-workout boost. You can buy Silk Organic Unsweetened Soymilk at most grocery stores for about $2.99 a carton.
