You just mix them with 8 oz of cold milk, and your drink is ready. You can use any type of milk that you like, including cow, soy, rice, coconut, or almond milk. It tastes just as good as Starbucks Iced Vanilla Latte, with less sugar and a lower price. I drink Silk Organic Unsweetend Soymilk every day. The reason why I love it so much is that it has no added sugar. Each 8 oz serving contains 7 grams of protein, only 1 gram of sugar, and 30% RDA for Calcium and Vitamin D. It is 100% lactose and dairy free, and contains heart healthy ALA omega-3.
