This cereal is high in fiber (9g/36%RDA), high in protein (6g/12%RDA), high in vitamins (vitamin C 130%RDA), and high in minerals (iron 30%RDA). High Fiber O’s are low fat (2%RDA) and low sodium (5%RDA). The flavor is nutty and the texture is very crunchy. The price is outstanding.
