The IKEA BURKEN JAR is a nice solution to many storage problems. You can use this for food, toiletries, hygiene products, office and craft supplies, laundry supplies, and anything else you can think of. It is made of sturdy glass and has an aluminum lid. The lid is lined with silicone for a snug fit. It is easy to open and the glass part is dishwasher safe. This jar comes in several sizes and can fit in with any style of home decor. I use it for candy, tea, sugar, and cookies. I plan on buying more at my next trip to IKEA for many other home organization projects. They are very stylish and inexpensive. You can buy them at any IKEA store for about $4 each.

Goody Mini Claw Hair Clips are a great hair styling accessory. They are part of the Goody Colour Collection which are made in a variety of shades to blend with your specific hair color. They are surprisingly strong and durable. One little clip holds an amazing amount of hair. These clips even manage to stay in my hair, which is super fine. Most clips just slide right out, but these hold tight all day without budging. You can buy a package of Goody Mini Claw Hair Clips at most drug and retail stores for about $3.00.

I have tried many different ways to get cat hair off of the furniture. Most of the products marketed for pet hair clean up don’t work very well. However, the Pledge Fabric Sweeper for Pet Hair actually works. You just slide it side to side across the area that you are cleaning. You can use it on many fabric surfaces like couches, pillows, and car interiors. This is so easy that you could make your kids do it! The pet hair gets picked up by rollers and gets trapped inside the Fabric Sweeper. When it gets full, you just throw it away. You can buy a Pledge Fabric Sweeper for Pet Hair for about $5.00 at most grocery and retail stores.
