FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt is a welcome change to ordinary american yogurt. It is thick and creamy like sour cream and has a slightly tart flavor to it. I never would have guessed that it would go well with fruit or honey, but it is DELICIOUS! It comes in many flavors like strawberry, peach, cherry, blueberry, and plain. The FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Honey is my favorite. I have been eating this every day for a week and I LOVE IT! This product is low in fat and it is a great source of calcium and protein. It is full of live and active cultures to improve digestive and immune functioning. You can buy FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt at most grocery and organic stores for about $1.50 each. You can go to the FAGE website to get a coupon towards your next purchase. www.fageusa.com

After trying almost every brand of cough drops at the drug store, I can say that Ricola Natural Herb Cough Drops are the best choice. They are made with natural ingredients such as elder, horehound, hyssop, lemon balm, linden flowers, mallow, peppermint, sage, and thyme. Ricola cough drops taste a lot better than other cough drops and work a lot longer to soothe your sore throat. They come in many different varieties such as Original, Lemon Mint, Green Tea with Echinachea, Cherry Honey, and Sugar Free flavors. The Ricola company is owned by the Richterich family of Sweden. They have been making these gems for over 70 years. You can buy a bag of Ricola Natural Herb Cough Drops for about $2.50 at most drug and retail stores.

Honey Crullers from Tim Hortons are one of my favorite junk foods. I have had many crullers, but Tim Hortons makes the best so far. Crullers originated near Germany and have a light, airy texture. Honey Crullers from Tim Hortons are both incredibly scrumptious and incredibly fattening. One cruller has roughly 320 calories and 45% RDA saturated fat. These cost about $0.70 each. I recommend that you only buy one, otherwise you won’t be able to stop yourself from eating the entire box. I ate four in a row once and suffered the consequences. You’ve been warned that these are delicious and dangerous.

Celestial Seasonings Sweet Coconut Thai Chai Tea is a great beverage for a cool fall evening. It smells wonderful and has a very distinct flavor. It is full of spices such as cinnamon, chicory, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. The coconut flavor gives it a little bit of sweetness. I recommend adding skim milk and honey. Sweet Coconut Thai Chai Tea is decaffeinated, 100% natural, and has zero calories. You can find it at most grocery and retail stores for about $2.00 per box of 20 tea bags.

Honeycrisp apples are the best apples that I have ever tasted! They are not very well known but are gaining in popularity. They are a hybird of Honeygold and Macoun apples. Honeycrisp apples are tart, sweet, juicy, and crunchy. My favorite part about them is the crunchy texture. The harvest season is usually mid September to mid October. Honeycrisp apples are grown mostly in cold climates and they are the official state fruit of Minnesota. They can be found at some grocery stores for around $2.00 per pound.
