It has all kinds of nubs and combs so the cats can groom and massage themselves. There is a gum stimulator which helps to clean the cats teeth when they chew on it. You can remove some of the parts to put catnip inside. This is a great stress relief toy for your cat. Stella loves the CATIT CAT SPA DELUXE ACTIVITY CENTER.
