Every time I go to the grocery store, I look in the freezer section to see if there are any new foods to try. I found DOMINEX EGGPLANT PARM BITES near the appetizers. They are made with fresh eggplant, zesty marinara sauce, and rich cheese. They contain all natural ingredients and have no preservatives. They are low in fat, low in calories, and vegetarian. You can bake these in the oven or microwave them. I baked them and they were ready in less than 15 minutes. The breading on the outside was nice and crispy and the flavor was DELICIOUS! They tasted even better than I thought they would. DOMINEX EGGPLANT PARM BITES would make a great appetizer or snack. They are healthy and convenient. I will definitely buy these again. You can buy a box for about $4.50 from your local grocery store.

Amy’s Macaroni & Soy Cheeze is a frozen meal that is both nutritious and delicious. It is lactose and cholesterol free, but it tastes like genuine, rich cheese. I cannot tolerate a lot of dairy, so this is a great product for me. The dish has 370 calories, 16 grams of protein, and 4 grams of fiber. Many frozen dinners are loaded with sodium, but this only has 21% RDA/500mg. Amy’s Mac & Soy Cheeze can be found at most organic markets and some grocery stores. The cost is around $3.00.
