QUAKER WEIGHT CONTROL INSTANT OATMEAL is a great alternative to regular oatmeal. This contains more protein, more fiber, and less sugar than most oatmeal, so it is much healthier. It is excellent if you are trying to lose fat and gain muscle. It is also good for diabetics because it has very low sugar. It comes in several different delicious flavors like maple & brown sugar, cinnamon, and banana bread. You can buy QUAKER WEIGHT CONTROL INSTANT OATMEAL at most grocery stores for about $4 per box. Trader Joe’s Organic High Fiber O’s are a great cereal if you are looking for nutrition, taste, and value. This cereal is high in fiber (9g/36%RDA), high in protein (6g/12%RDA), high in vitamins (vitamin C 130%RDA), and high in minerals (iron 30%RDA). High Fiber O’s are low fat (2%RDA) and low sodium (5%RDA). The flavor is nutty and the texture is very crunchy. The price is outstanding. One 16oz box of Organic High Fiber O’s will cost you about $2.50 at Trader Joe’s.
