Ginger Root has been used for thousands of years as both a spice and a dietary supplement. I have found that it helps me by significantly reducing symptoms of nausea and indigestion. You can buy a bottle of Spring Valley Ginger Root 550mg Capsules at some retail and drug stores for about $3.50 per 100 capsules. I buy mine at Walmart for $3.33 per bottle.
