Trader Joe’s 4 oz Yogurt Cups are the perfect size for a snack. The delicious flavors available are strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, and banana (my favorite). The texture is unbelievably amazing! It’s unlike any other yogurt I’ve ever tasted. This yogurt is low fat and a good source of protein and calcium. An excellent yogurt at an excellent price. Each 6-pack of 4 oz yogurt cups is only $2.99 at Trader Joe’s.

Mini Babybel Cheese Wheels are delicious. They are %100 natural cheese and come in 5 different varieties. They are a good source of calcium and protein.
