QUAKER WEIGHT CONTROL INSTANT OATMEAL is a great alternative to regular oatmeal. This contains more protein, more fiber, and less sugar than most oatmeal, so it is much healthier. It is excellent if you are trying to lose fat and gain muscle. It is also good for diabetics because it has very low sugar. The Target Mossimo Supply Co. Polar Fleece Hoodie is one of my favorite winter clothing purchases that I have made this season. It is fully lined and very warm. I don’t need to wear a coat on top of it if the outdoor temperature is above 35 degrees. It is machine washable and comes in several different colors such as black, charcoal, chocolate brown, and red/black plaid. I bought a chocolate brown one and a red/black plaid one. I bought 2 of these Classic Home Mum Rugs from Target. The main color is dark brown with various shades of blue flowers. There are many sizes to choose from. The prices range from $19.99-$199.00. They are machine washable and durable.
